12 minute AMRAP

Run for distance

*alternate every 200 meters, partner must be hanging while other runs (if one person isn't hanging at any point then there is a 5 burpee penalty each)


Rest 4 minutes


12 minute AMRAP

Run for distance

*alternate every 200 meters, partner must be holding plank while other runs (if one person isn't planking at any point then there is a 5 burpee penalty each)


Notes:

In this partner workout one person will be hanging or holding a plank while the other partner runs.  If the partner stops hanging or planking before the other partner gets back from the run then there is a 5 burpee penalty each to be completed before starting back on the next run.
