Since 2013, we have led the effort in the Madison area to help fitness become not just a destination but a lifestyle. We have, now, set the standard for CrossFit gyms in Mississippi.
Coyote exists to help you obtain the shape of your life, at your own pace, in a supportive community. This mission has helped hundreds of clients reach levels of fitness and confidence previously unthinkable. Our mission guides our process, and our process guides your progress. It really is that simple.
We are dedicated to helping people of all fitness levels get stronger and healthier at their own pace.
How do we do it?
IN THREE PROVEN STEPS
Step one :: ON-RAMP
Each person starts with 10 one-on-one sessions with a coach to access fitness level and to familiarize you with each movement that we will do in the regular classes.
STEP TWO :: THE CLASSES
After completing your On-Ramp you attend whatever class you want. Just show up to whatever class that works with your schedule that day. Each class is led by one of our coaches who will walk you through each exercise and answer any questions you have.
STEP Three :: get Stronger
Attend 3-5 classes a week and you will start to see strength and feel confidence that you didn't think you were capable of.
What We've Achieved

- Advocated for children's health through classes, competition, & education.
- Developed a water-tight process to help individuals in their fight against obesity.
