Our kids class is designed for kids 12 and under who want to learn how to have better control of their bodies, get better core strength, and get a great workout in a fun environment.
Every class has a workout portion and a game portion so that our kids are constantly challenged and are never bored.
Classes are led by a CrossFit Kids certified trainer who has a passion for helping kids get off the couch and into better shape.
Kids classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45-4:15.
The kids class is a great way for your kid to start to develop a love for health and exercise in a fun environment!
